What regions do you offer servers in?

We offer servers in:

What hardware do you host on?

We use dedicated AMD Ryzen 5000/7000 series processors in all of our regions. For more detailed specifications, you can contact our support team.

What DDoS protection do you offer?

We offer Layers 3 through 7 DDoS mitigation, providing unmatched protection on our global anycast network. We mitigate attacks at the edge, providing a smooth low-latency experience in-game.

What games do offer hosting for?

Please refer to our official supported games list.

What is your refund policy?

Customers can request a refund within 72 hours of payment, and we will refund the full amount paid once the server is shutdown. You will still be able to download a copy of your server files.

What is your late payment policy?

We automatically generate and send invoices every month. If the invoice is not paid within 2 days, we will send a late payment reminder. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, the server may be suspended. You can reactivate the server at any time within 30 days.

Can I run a test deployment?

Contact us for more information, we may be able to arrange a test server for you.

How long does setup take?

Typical setup time during business hours is within 1-3 hours for new customers. Existing customers have orders set up instantly.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Contact support to upgrade/downgrade your current plan. In the future, you will be able to do this automatically through the client area.
